1. Product Presentation
A bend is a fitting used for a bend in a pipe.In all the pipe fittings used in the pipeline system, the proportion is the largest, about 80%.Usually, different material or wall thickness of the elbow to choose another forming process.Now the manufacturer commonly used seamless elbow forming process has hot push, stamping, extrusion and so on.It is divided into hot push elbow machine and cold push elbow machine.
Cold push machine is mainly used for stainless steel elbow forming, if you need the product is carbon steel or alloy steel elbow, it is recommended that you choose the medium frequency push machine.
The cold push machine is used for bending forming, the main power is hydraulic cylinder, there are two forming methods, ball type and mandrel type.
Cold push machine mainly produces 25-630mm, wall thickness is 3-30mm.
