4.1 maintenance content
4.1.1 daily maintenance
a. Sufficient lubricating grease (oil) for lubricating parts
b. The transmission mechanism operates normally, and the fastening bolts of all parts are not loose;

d. The motor operates normally, the saw blade is moderately tight, and there is no obvious vibration and noise; e. check whether the hydraulic system pressure is within the rated range, and the instrument indication is sensitive and reliable; F. clean the working vise, guide frame, and sawdust in the front and rear wheel boxes before and after work; g. clean the inside and outside of the machine tool without oil stain.
4.1.2 weekly maintenance
a. Check the operation of saw blade and adjust the verticality, pressure and clearance according to the situation
b. Check whether the fastening bolts of each transmission mechanism are loose, whether the connection is reliable, and whether there is scratch or noise;
c. check whether the coolant level is higher than 1 / 2 of the oil level, and if it is less than 1 / 2, supplement it
d. The motor shall be fixed and operated reliably and stably, the air vane shield shall be intact and free of dust, noise and overheating;
e. the inside and outside of the distribution cabinet shall be cleaned; the peripheral electrical equipment such as buttons, sensors and electrical control boxes shall be free of oil and dust;
f. check whether the cable is damaged, the main engine is grounded reliably, and the sockets and pins are loose;
g. check the hydraulic system oil The position is high or low, and it shall be supplemented in time when it is insufficient.
