The technical requirements
1. General requirements
1) purpose of the equipment and main products processed:
Purpose: mainly used for forming compound bending pipe and hinge bending pipe and other products.
Product features: material: 60Mn, 20#, 35#, 45#, 16Mn, 27SiMn, 12CrMoV, 20G, Q235, Q345;Wall thickness: 5mm-8mm;Pipe diameter D: 130≤D≤220mm;R value: 150≤R≤350mm;Value of Angle value: 90 degrees (50%), 45 degrees (30%), 15 degrees and 30 degrees (20%).
2) equipment structure requirements:
The equipment is required to have the function of automatic feeding. 5) contactors, fuses, fuses, wiring terminals and other components shall be manufactured by schneider or Siemens, and other electrical components shall be manufactured by domestic high-quality products (such as zhengtai and delixi).
6) when the equipment is shut down, the cooling circulating water pump must be allowed to continue working, and the pump can only be stopped when the temperature of the core die part drops to normal.
